One of the first things I noticed when I arrived Kunming, China was that Chinese people drives their scooter even though it’s winter. To not freeze, they use a dress on their scooter. The dress can be orange or green, filled with circles or squares or even have ears. Some of them should probably have been thrown into the trash. But after all, this is what keeps Chinese scooter drivers warm.
